Oh I can’t believe it! I was full of the joys of Spring and full of good intentions on the 100th day of my blog. I would take some wonderful photos and write a long and meaningful blog and what happens? The PC decides to commit seppuku and dies on me, issuing on-screen messages about various errors, including one that states, “Hard Drive not found” now I’m no techie but even I know you definitely need a hard drive. This in turn means I can’t download photos from my camera so I’m reduced to taking a couple of photos on my iPhone, emailing them to myself and then picking them up on my iPad. If this ever gets published it’ll be a near miracle!
I honestly can’t believe that I’ve reached 100 days! I don’t think I’ve ever kept at anything for so long and with such enthusiasm! At the risk of sounding corny, I really do want to say thank you to everyone for calling by and leaving such lovely comments without knowing it you are the encouragement that keeps me going. I often wonder if no one left any comments whether I would continue. I think I would as I often feel quite chilled after I’ve blogged!
I caught a glimpse of a very strange rubber tree today, a neighbour picks up all the elastic bands that the postman drops on her path and hangs them up on a branch. I thought it was actually quite an original idea. Maybe we should all do this, I don’t know about you but I can never find one when I need one and often resort to going out and searching the pavement outside the house on my hands and knees!
And so I apologise for the measly content of today’s post. Typing this out with one finger is enough to try the patience of angels! And I’m no angel!!!
